Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 11:00am-6:00pm.
Students will automatically be registered for classes during open registration. The specific classes will ensure students are taking the best courses for their matriculation stage in the program and keep them on pace for graduation. A invoice will post to the students populi account once they are registered. Students will not get registered for INT/CPT automatically. Email DSO for directions to apply for CPT/INT.
Once classes are posted to Populi, if a student has any questions as to why those classes were chosen for them or would like to dispute the courses that have been selected they can contact Student Success at [email protected] to review their Individual Degree Plan. Students will have until add/drop to request a change to their schedule at no cost. Note: it is prudent to contact Student Success as soon as possible regarding a course change request, as classes fill up quickly, and we cannot guarantee a seat in an alternative class. During the add/drop period there will be a $100.00 late registration fee applied to a students account to make a schedule change.
The tuition payment deadline will be posted on the term schedule/calendar. Students who do not make their payment for the open registration term by the deadline will receive a $100.00 late fee and a “hold” will be placed on their account until the fee and tuition are paid. If we do not receive full payment by first day of class students will run the risk of being administratively dropped from CIAM. Note for international students: if you get dropped from classes, it will affect your F1-status.
