Welcome to CIAM's Business Office

The Business Office is here to help you learn everything you need to know about charges, payment options and refund policies. Our office also provides information regarding student and family financial rights and responsibilities. We aim to provide professional and personal service to ensure that your transactions are processed smoothly.

Tuition

In your Populi account, you will see a “Financial” tab. You can view your tuition, statements, and invoices there.

Ways to Pay

You have the option to pay by ACH (e-check), credit card, WIRE, or check

Electronic Check (ACH)

In your Populi account, go to the “Financial” tab, click and follow directions.

You will need your checking account number and your bank routing number. The routing number is NOT the same as your debit card number.

Be aware that the bank may take up to 10 days to process your payment. Your payment must be in CIAM’s account on or before the due date at 5PM (PST) or it will be considered late.

Credit Card

In your Populi account, go to the “Financial” tab, click and follow directions.

Students are able to use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards for payment.

If this option is chosen, there is a service fee of 2.5% of the total based on the transaction amount.

Be aware that the bank may take up to 10 days to process your payment. Your payment must be in CIAM’s account on or before the due date at 5PM (PST) or it will be considered late.

Checks

Students are also able to pay with personal/business checks, cashier’s checks, and money order. All payments must be drawn from a U.S. bank account in U.S dollars.

Mail the checks to:
