Julia Underwood, Ph.D. has worked in Higher Education for over 20 years. Over the course of her career she has served in various administrative and faculty governance roles. In addition to teaching and leading, her commitment to shaping future generations is evident in the decisive posts in which she continues to serve. Her service on several professional boards and academic journals is intended to strengthen the intellectual, social, and personal development of students, impacting the organizations of tomorrow and society at large. Dr. Underwood’s business consulting specialties are organizational development, customer satisfaction and service quality, C-Suite coaching and managerial training. Her research agendas include assessment of learning, customer service and satisfaction measurement, organizational development and values-based integration. Her degrees include a B.A. in Speech Communication from California State University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology.
