The Academic Affairs Office oversees all academic programs at the California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM). Guided by Peter Drucker’s philosophy of Management as a Liberal Art (MLA), our mission is to support students in becoming informed citizens, thoughtful stewards, critical thinkers, and responsible, globally oriented leaders.
