New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation is a required component for all incoming CIAM students and is designed to ensure a smooth and confident transition into their academic journey. Orientation is conducted in person and complemented by an online component available through Canvas. During this experience, students will be guided by CIAM administrators and faculty who will provide a comprehensive overview of their academic program and institutional resources.

The Student Success team will review key aspects of the CIAM experience, including program expectations, classroom norms, and available student services. Students will also receive guidance on navigating Canvas, utilizing library resources, understanding the academic calendar, and completing the registration process.
