The Cashier’s Office is here to help you learn everything you need to know about charges, payment options and refund policies. Our office also provides information regarding student and family financial rights and responsibilities. We aim to provide professional and personal service to ensure that your transactions are processed smoothly.

Starting October 18th, CIAM will begin accepting requests for 2021 1098-T Tax forms, and a link will be sent out to all students to collect request submissions. Please start checking with your tax advisors before the submission deadline to see if you may be eligible for this form and need to request it for your 2021 tax filing.
We will not accept any form requests after 12/31/2021. CIAM is unable to provide any tax advice to students.
The Late Tuition Payment Fee will be increasing from $50 to $100, starting Fall 2021
The Late Registration Fee will be increasing from $50 to $100, starting Fall 2021 (please see Registrar’s Office for Additional Registration Updates). This fee will be applicable to any student who registers for classes during the Fall 2021 Add/Drop period, including: students who change classes, get dropped from classes and re-adds classes, and students who missed the registration period.
Starting Fall 2021, CIAM will no longer offer a monthly tuition payment plan option for new incoming students, and any current students not already enrolled in a monthly tuition payment plan. Students currently enrolled in a monthly payment plan will be allowed to remain on it till the end of their program or till they elect to terminate their payment plan agreement. Contact the Cashier’s Office with any questions regarding the Monthly Payment Plan.
